I’m egg obsessed – always have been, always will be. I cook and eat multiple eggs most days. They’re natures fast food and incredibly simple to cook. So of course I’ve built up a good selection of recipes – making this collection so they’re all easy to find in one place was a no brainer.

I take an extremeley no fuss approach to egg cookery. You don’t need whirlpools to make great poached eggs or a vat of oil to make a good fried egg. You don’t even need to acutally boil an egg to make the perfect egg mayonnaise. Keep scrolling for all my simple egg recipes.
