I’m always looking for new ways to use the tins of coconut milk that I keep stashed in my pantry. I’ve put together this list of the Best Coconut Milk Recipes as a great resource of recipes. There are both sweet and savoury uses and many of them are vegan too!

Coconut milk isn’t only good for vegan curries! There are absolutely tonnes of uses for both the milk and coconut cream. I almost always keep a couple of tins in the cupboard, both of the full fat and low fat varieties. This means I can almost always throw a great meal together in a jiffy.
That isn’t to say that coconut doesn’t make a cracking vegan curry because it does! It also makes a great meaty curry and many variations in between. It was an especially difficult struggle to narrow down the south-east Asian influenced options for this list.
Enough of the waffle, let me hurry up and show you the fab recipes I have included!
